How it works, step by step
So there are no surprises: here’s what happens between your first message and the room being finished.
You get in touch
A short enquiry form or a phone call. You tell us roughly what's going on and how you'd like to be contacted back. Nobody asks you to rate how bad it is.
We look and we talk
Photos, a video walkthrough or a visit — whichever you prefer. We discuss access, what must be kept, and how much you want to be there on the day.
A written quote and a plan
Scope, price, how long it should take and whether it's one visit or several. You approve it before we book a date.
Clearance day
We protect floors and shared areas, work methodically, and check anything uncertain with you instead of guessing. Keep items go to one agreed place.
Finish and follow-up
We walk the space with you, remove our bags and equipment, and tell you where the material has gone. If more stages are planned, we agree the next date then.
